Regional HR Manager for a multinational logistics player in Klang, up to 20kYour new company
A multinational business with a global presence and a long-standing presence in Malaysia.
Your new role
Based in Klang, you will be responsible to lead the HR department in 2 regions as Head HR. Your main stakeholders are Directors and Head of Divisions as you have a team supporting you. This position will require someone strong in advising the management on next steps in accordance to labour laws for each region, familiarity in working with expatriates and stakeholders of different backgrounds. A problem solver and a strong business partner is essential for the role as your team will strongly support on HR operations.
What you'll need to succeed
Preferably more than 15 years experience in full spectrum and ideally 5-years minimum in a managerial role
