Regional HR & Onboarding Specialist – Europe

Wärtsilä is seeking a Regional HR Specialist for the People Support Hub in Turku, Finland. The role involves providing front-line support to HR customers while improving global HR processes. You will support managers during onboarding, manage employee records, and deliver first-level HR support.
