Regional HR Partner

The Regional HR Partner is responsible for providing human resources support to develop, deliver and maintain programs which directly align with the achievement of business objectives. This position reports to the Regional HR Leader and drives efforts in the areas of employee relations, performance management, organizational design/efficiency, training, and communication. **This position is temporary for a maternity leave replacement.**



· Provide a broad range of HR support actions for achieving business objectives, including talent management, organization effectiveness (change management, leader effectiveness, organization design), and employee engagement.



· Partner with Center Of Excellence teams to ensure flawless execution of HR operations



· Provide coaching to managers on a variety of Human Resources related topics to all levels of organization with focus on employee relations.
