We are seeking a Regional HR Specialist (Talent Acquisition–focused) to support our power equipment business across the Americas, with Latin America as the core hiring region.
Our operations include local companies in Brazil, Chile, Peru, Colombia, Ecuador, and other countries, and this role offers flexible work location.
This role is primarily recruitment-focused (60–70%), with the remaining time spent on recruitment-related HR coordination across countries and teams.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment across the Americas, supporting power equipment manufacturing, engineering, project, sales, and functional roles.
