Job Description

                    A global HR service provider in Kuala Lumpur is looking for an experienced Application Support Consultant to provide technical support on their HRMS Application. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting incidents, enhancing customer satisfaction, and mentoring junior consultants. Ideal candidates should have a relevant Computer Science degree and at least 3 years of hands-on experience, with strong analytical and communication skills. Experience in HRMS products is preferred.
