Job Description
Support HSSE programs across the Atlantic Region as a proactive advisor. Lead health, safety, and environmental initiatives while fostering a safety-oriented culture among teams and leaders.
In this full-time role, you will aid in implementing critical HSSE standards and procedures. Collaborating with the HSSE Manager, your focus will be on investigating incidents and improving safety protocols. Your efforts will help nurture a strong safety culture and meet compliance metrics regionally.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and share effective HSE communication
• Manage incident investigations with supervisory collaboration
• Track and report on HSE key performance indicators
• Interface with Workers Compensation Board for accident management
• Lead COR audits and support ISO compliance efforts
Requirements:
• 5 years of HSE experience required
• Occupational Health and Safety degree necessary
• Strong understanding of applicable HSE regulations
