Regional Human Resources Business Partner

The Regional Human Resource (HR) Business Partner will work closely with Business Leaders on all HR related matters including recruitment, retention, performance and rewards management and employee engagement for regional offices and overseas assignees.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

• Driving end-to-end recruitment process including reviewing and selection of recruitment methods and platforms, conducting interviews, selection, salary recommendations and onboarding
• Analysing and monitoring resourcing needs, headcounts approvals, budget, preparation of key manpower indexes for management reporting
• Collaborating with line managers and HR COEs to drive attraction, retention and engagement
• Partnering with Business Leaders on performance management, salary and bonus reviews
