Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and handle technical issues professionally via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems effectively and efficiently.
  • Document, track, and follow up on issues through the company's ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Coordinate with the headquarters IT team and external vendors to resolve technical problems.
  • Deliver quality customer service and support to all users and stakeholders.


Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or related field.
  • Prior experience in IT support or helpdesk operations is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Able to work in a shift environment, including evenings and weekends.
