Job Description

As the Regional Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team to drive sales growth and expand business opportunities. The focus will be on building and supporting strategic initiatives that generate sustainable, profitable growth while ensuring full alignment with company policies, compliance standards, and long-term business objectives.

What You'll Do

  • You will develop sales strategies and deliver sales units and financial to the company, improve sales forecast accuracy, deliver cost saving, increase customer satisfaction

  • You will provide clear analysis of customers & markets and to develop strategies and actions plan to grow and deliver targets

  • You will develop and grow sub-retailer networks to improve weighted distribution of the Goodyear products. In addition, to establish new Aligned Distributors to deliver the right market shares of Goodyear
