Job Description

Regional Lead (GTA) – Landscape Architecture and Urban Design. The role reports to the National Sector Lead for Landscape Architecture and Urban Design and to the Managing Principal of Architecture49 in the GTA.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the landscape and urban design group in the GTA area.
• Collaborate internally and externally with Landscape Architects, Architects, Engineers and Planners. Mentor intern landscape architects in the GTA office.
• Develop creative technical solutions.
• Prepare and review conceptual design, design development and construction documents, including details and specifications.
• Manage multiple projects, budgets, and effectively meet deadlines.
• Prepare and review design briefs, cost estimates and technical reports.
