Regional Loans Head

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or any related course.

Related Work Experience: At least 8 years sales direct experience in lending with a financing company, cooperative or a bank preferably in SME financing or Commercial loans.

Knowledge (knowledgeable in the following): 
*mSME loan sales and onboarding workflows *KYC, AML, and regulatory compliance
*CRM and dashboard tools (e.g., Salesforce, Power BI, Google Sheets)
*Loans documentation
*Financial basics for P&L and sales forecasting, appraisal basics of real estate
*Coordination across government agencies ROD, BIR, and other related agencies

Skills:
Detail-Oriented - Pays close attention to the accuracy and completeness of forms, compliance documents, and reports.
