Main Accountabilities
Develop and implement Government Affairs Plan to shape medical and other business-related policies to position Ferring China in an optimal manner.
Identify, develop, and drive execution of market access strategies to gain comprehensive reimbursement and accessibility for Ferring’s products to improve the accessibility and affordability of Ferring products, like NRDL, local commercial insurance.
Support NVBP and GPO by leveraging government resources to maintain and enhance the mature products market performance.
Interpret policy and make recommendations to local business.
Provide policy insight and relevant analysis combined with market intelligence for business planning and decision making.
Fully collaborate and communicate with BUs to leverage regional access policy and support achieving business objectives in target provinces and regions.
