Perform general routine and preventive maintenance of buildings, apartment units, and grounds. Respond to emergency situations during and after hours to resolve immediate safety concerns. Perform minor carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and painting tasks to support residents. Provide excellent customer service and prompt response to resident issues and service requests. Perform general and specialized maintenance and repairs to site properties and surrounding properties under the direction of leadership. Complete assigned service requests for in‑suite (interior and exterior) and common area issues in a timely manner.
