Regional Maintenance Associate - Residential (Kitchener/Waterloo, ON)

Job Summary The Regional Maintenance is primarily responsible for general, preventative and repair maintenance of a portfolio of buildings, apartment units, and grounds. This role responds to emergency situations during and after hours to resolve immediate safety concerns and supports various maintenance activities including minor carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and painting to serve residents.

Customer Service Responsibilities

Ensure that a superior level of cooperation, service and support is provided to residents.

Promptly respond to resident issues and service requests.

Operations Responsibilities

Perform general and specialized maintenance and repairs under the direction of the Regional Maintenance Manager, Regional Project Manager, or Regional Team Leader.

Complete assigned service requests for both in-suite (interior and exterior) and common area issues in a timely manner.
