Job Description

Responsibilities:
Deliver business result and algin business direction as priority
Overseeing and optimizing all aspects of store operations to enhance efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall business performance
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity and customer service
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
Foster strong, collaborative working relationships with key cross-functional partners at corporate and in the field
Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability
Collaborate with department heads to optimize inventory management, merchandising, and sales strategies
Conduct regular store audits to ensure operational excellence
