Regional Manager – Cork
Excel Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced and commercially astute Regional Manager to oversee a portfolio of high-performing retail stores across the Co. Cork region.
This is a senior leadership opportunity which offers a highly competitive salary as well as full autonomy to shape regional performance and drive business growth.
Salary: 95K- 100K
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the performance and profitability of multiple stores within the region

Drive sales growth, margin improvement, and cost control across all sites

Lead, mentor, and develop Store Managers and senior management teams

Analyse KPIs, trading reports, and financial performance to identify opportunities

Ensure consistent execution of company standards, policies, and procedures

Manage recruitment, succession planning, and talent development regionally
