The Opportunity

This position works out of our Dnipro location in the EPD Division.

What will you do: 
• Ensuring the fulfillment of sales plans in a designated territory; 
• Organizing and coordinating the work of the team in the Dnipro, Kryvyi Rih, Kropyvnytskyi;
• Motivating and developing the team; 
• Planning and organizing product promotion events (conferences, round tables); 
• Monitoring employee performance of planned KPIs; 
• Reporting

Requirements:
• Higher education; 
• Experience in the pharmaceutical business – preferably at least 2 years at Abbott; 
• Leadership qualities, initiative, responsibility, determination; 
• Organizational and time management skills;
• Participation in any projects or the Abbott Academy is an additional advantage
• Proven effectiveness in current position (sales KPIs, score cards, ratings);
