Regional manager free state

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Manager to lead and grow our operations in the Free State region. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing adriving sales performance, building key retail relationships, and ensuring excellent execution in-store. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, coach, and develop a team of sales representatives and promoters
• Drive sales growth and achieve regional targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners
• Ensure excellent in-store execution, merchandising, and stock management
• Monitor performance, provide feedback, and implement corrective actions where necessary
• Recruit, train, and develop new team members
• Conduct regular store visits and performance reviews

• Proven experience in a Regional Manager or similar leadership role
• Strong background in retail and FMCG environment
