About the Team

The CFO Office team at Zus Coffee is a lean, high-impact team comprising senior deal / transaction and private equity professionals with backgrounds in investment banking, private equity and transaction advisory.

The team is responsible for driving group-level value creation and strategic initiatives such as (but not limited to):

• Corporate transactions (M&A, investments, divestments, strategic partnerships)
• Corporate transaction readiness and initiatives
• Regional expansion and market entry strategies
• Group-wide strategic and financial special projects

Team members work directly with senior management and external advisors (financial advisors, legal counsels, auditors, consultants) with meaningful exposure to decision-making, execution and post-transaction value creation.
