About the Role

The Regional Manager is a senior field‑based operational leader responsible for overseeing a portfolio of dental clinics within a designated province. The role acts as the primary operational link between corporate and clinics, ensuring strong execution of business priorities, financial performance, and operational consistency across all locations.
