Job Qualifications 
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree or College Degree in Marketing, Business, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. 
At least ten (10) years of hands-on sales and marketing experience in the construction or building materials industry. Prior managerial or supervisory experience in the same industry is an advantage. 
Strong leadership, communication, and motivational skills. 
Proven ability to manage sales operations and lead a team effectively. 
Willing to work from Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
