JOB DESCRIPTION
The Regional Manager will be responsible for maximizing the potential of Phibro’s current product portfolio, including managing $5 million in sales across Maghreb & West Africa. This role involves overseeing Phibro’s established business through a network of distributors, ensuring strong performance and growth of existing product lines, including the newly acquired MFA and water-soluble antibiotics from Zoetis .
Looking ahead, the Regional Manager will also play a critical role in driving ambitious growth by identifying and creating new opportunities. This includes launching and expanding Phibro’s vaccines portfolio in the region and leading the introduction of new product lines, such as planned poultry launches.
