Regional Manager - MENA

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

We are looking for a highly proactive and resourceful Regional Manager to spearhead Twinkl’s growth and presence across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA). This role is ideal for a hands‑on, entrepreneurial leader with a strong educational background, who is passionate about supporting educators and adept at designing and executing comprehensive regional strategies.

In this pivotal role, you will oversee Twinkl’s operations across multiple MENA markets, ensuring the business achieves its growth objectives while building a trusted reputation with schools, ministries, and educational organisations. You will drive regional strategy, lead marketing and partnership initiatives, and ultimately manage the Profit and Loss (P&L) across the region.
