A leading automotive company is seeking a Regional Quality Director to lead quality strategy and execution across multiple manufacturing sites in Mexico. This is a high-impact leadership role with strong visibility at the executive level.

This position will be responsible for defining and driving the regional quality agenda, ensuring robust Quality Management Systems, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across all operations. Lead and deploy the regional quality strategy aligned with business and customer requirements
Oversee Quality Management Systems (QMS) across multiple sites, ensuring standardization and compliance (IATF 16949)
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, reducing defects and enhancing overall performance
Provide leadership and direction to site Quality Managers and teams
