Regional Manager - Multi-Residential (London, ON/Windsor, ON)

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing activity, building performance, and major project execution across the region.
• Guide and develop Property Managers, Community Managers, and Building Managers, ensuring financial targets and quality standards.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Resident Relations, Sales & Leasing, Facilities, In‑Suite Services, and Finance to provide timely information.
• Ensure superior resident service, maintain building standards, resolve complaints, and support staff training.
• Manage property operations: inspect properties, propose renovations, authorize contractors, approve invoices, coordinate emergencies, maintain occupancy/vacancy levels, and set rents according to market conditions.
