Job Qualifications

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree or College Degree in Marketing, Business, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• At least ten (10) years of hands-on sales and marketing experience in the construction or building materials industry. Prior managerial or supervisory experience in the same industry is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and motivational skills.
• Proven ability to manage sales operations and lead a team effectively.
• Willing to work from Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
