Regional Manager

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Regional Manager to oversee operations in our Visayas area. You will be responsible for managing multiple locations, leading local teams, and ensuring consistent performance across your region. Your goal is to drive growth, ensure high customer satisfaction, and meet company objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple branches or locations
• Lead, coach, and support branch managers and staff.
• Set performance goals and monitor key metrics.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues.
• Implement company policies and procedures.
• Analyze sales reports and identify areas for improvement.
• Work with upper management to align regional goals with company strategy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field preferred
• Proven experience as a Regional Manager or similar role
