We are seeking a results-driven Regional Manager to lead and manage branch operations within an assigned region. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business performance, maximizing profitability, ensuring compliance with company standards, and leading high-performing management teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily regional operations to achieve business and revenue targets.
• Set performance objectives, monitor results, and optimize operational efficiency.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate store managers and supervisors.
• Manage budgets, stock control, assets, losses, damages, and theft prevention.
• Ensure POS, bank reconciliations, stock takes, and variances are accurately managed and resolved.
