Job Description

We are looking for a high-impact Regional Sales Manager to lead and accelerate our smartphone business in the Touba region. This role is critical in driving market growth, strengthening distribution networks, and turning around underperforming territories.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, data-driven, and highly execution-oriented, with solid experience in the mobile phone industry.
Key Responsibilities
Drive Regional Growth
Develop and execute the regional sales strategy aligned with company objectives.
Deliver consistent growth in sales volume, revenue, and market share.
Ensure strong execution of product launches and promotional campaigns.
Manage Sales Performance
Achieve monthly and quarterly sell-in and sell-out targets.
Analyze sales data by model, channel, and territory.
Implement fast corrective actions to address performance gaps.
Maintain optimal stock levels and improve stock rotation.
