Regional Manager, Transportation & Logistics - Prairies

The Regional Manager is a strategic and operational leader responsible for the performance, safety, and customer experience of multiple logistics operations across the region. This role drives service excellence, cost efficiency, and employee engagement through disciplined execution and continuous improvement. This role reports to the Director, Transport Canada and is responsible for executing national transport and logistics strategy at the regional level.

Working closely with senior leadership in Operations, Business Development, and Customer Service, the RM ensures regional operations deliver consistent results aligned with corporate values, customer expectations, and growth objectives. This leader builds high‑performing teams, embeds data‑driven decision making, and cultivates a culture of accountability, safety, and innovation.
