Regional Manufacturing Engineering Director

As Regional Manufacturing Engineering Director, you will lead and shape the manufacturing engineering strategy across North America. This is a senior leadership role with broad influence across engineering, operations, product development, and sales, focused on driving innovation, scalability, and operational excellence. What You’ll Do Lead the regional manufacturing engineering function, setting direction, priorities, and standards. Build, develop, and scale Centers of Excellence (COEs) to support business growth and changing customer needs. Partner closely with Product Development, Sales, and Plant Leadership from early design through production to enable design-in and build-to-spec solutions. Drive manufacturing innovation and automation , including tooling, equipment, and advanced manufacturing technologies.
