Regional Manufacturing Engineering Director

As Regional Manufacturing Engineering Director, you will lead and shape the manufacturing engineering strategy across North America. This is a senior leadership role with broad influence across engineering, operations, product development, and sales, focused on driving innovation, scalability, and operational excellence.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the regional manufacturing engineering function, setting direction, priorities, and standards.
• Build, develop, and scale Centers of Excellence (COEs) to support business growth and changing customer needs.
• Partner closely with Product Development, Sales, and Plant Leadership from early design through production to enable design-in and build-to-spec solutions.
• Drive manufacturing innovation and automation , including tooling, equipment, and advanced manufacturing technologies.
