The Regional Mentor - Clean Cooking accelerates field capability and sales effectiveness for Sun King's Clean Cooking product line through structured training delivery, hands-on field coaching, and continuous reinforcement. The role ensures agents can confidently profile customers, execute sales processes correctly, and activate quickly post-training. By translating classroom learning into consistent field execution, the Regional Mentor strengthens agent performance in real selling environments and drives improved adoption and sales outcomes.
This role is critical during market launches and in regions where Clean Cooking is scaling. The Regional Mentor partners with commercial and operational teams to embed training into daily execution, supports adoption of sales and technology tools, and surfaces field insights that continuously improve training effectiveness.
