General Accountabilities

  Under the direction of the Forestry Territory Manager, Forestry FLM and the Forestry UTS2, the Forestry UTS 3 has the primary accountability for Supervising staff associated with the maintenance and capital work within their assigned Territory for both Distribution and Transmission Forestry Right of Way assets.

  
  


• 
  

  Supervise both internal, hiring hall and monitor contract staff; organize, schedule and assign demand and special duties to clerical, technical, trades staff, providing instruction, guidance and checks necessary to ensure work is completed safely, and accomplishments meet quality/quantity performance goals.

  
  


• 
  

  Responsible to ensure accomplishments are accurately recorded and that work results conform to governing regulations.
