Regional Operations Manager

As a Regional Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance and operations of multiple stores within your assigned region. This leadership role is critical in driving operational excellence, sales growth, and consistent brand standards across all stores.

Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of multiple stores, ensuring alignment with company standards, policies, and performance targets
Drive regional sales performance by partnering with Store Managers on staffing, merchandising execution, customer engagement, and operational efficiency
Analyze sales, inventory, and financial reports to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and implement action plans to improve results
