Regional Optimization Lead

The Regional Optimization Lead supports the delivery of the commercial optimization agenda across the shipping fleet, coordinating with the Senior Commercial Shipping Optimization Manager to translate strategy into efficient and effective execution. The role has a strong live earnings and voyage performance focus, with direct daily involvement in supervising vessel performance, intervening on deviations, and coordinating with operations, chartering, performance, and claims teams to protect and improve voyage economics.
Acting as a link between commercial strategy and operational execution, the Commercial Lead provides hands-on support across routing, speed, fuel consumption, bunker intake, claims, and post-voyage analysis. The role contributes to improved transparency, rigor, and data-driven decision-making through the use of accurate dashboards, digital tools, and standardized processes.
