**Objective:** **Creating and executing consensus forecast process that reflects commercial needs ($’s), incorporates current financial forecasts and translates to units. Gaining consensus alignment across key stakeholders on the approved plan. Continuous improvement in forecast accuracy.**

**Measurement for Success:** **Forecast accuracy, Product launch support, consensus forecast process health (alignment with supply planning), product availability and inventory health to improve DOH and order fill rate.**
