Position Purpose:The DC Regional Production Planning Manager (RPM) provides end to end planning, guidance, and communication to the DC and Regional Leadership teams in order to ensure key performance indicators are met, production/staffing plans are created, and building flow is balanced. The RPM will work remotely to influence leaders and maintain operational systems and inputs and is responsible with ensuring the successful planning, coordination, and execution of the long and short-term production and labor plans. The RPM will be responsible for multiple 600K plus square foot Distribution Centers individually flowing over $700 million dollars in inventory. Successful management and execution of the RPM plan will be crucial to keep provide exceptional customer service to The Home Depot Stores and ensure in stock remains high.
