Regional Product Associate

At AIRR LABS, we move fast to build products that connect commerce across markets. As a Regional Product Associate, you'll help ship and scale solutions across TikTok Shop, Lazada, and Shopee—covering both external marketplace integrations and internal tools. Your initial focus is owning day-to-day product operations for our Order Management System (OMS) and AI Chat products, ensuring system stability, operational excellence, and fast incident resolution.
Over time, as you build domain understanding and product judgment, you will progress into product design responsibilities—contributing to feature discovery, PRDs, and roadmap initiatives. This role is designed as a structured growth path from Product Operations into Product Management. You will work closely with engineering, operations, customer service, and commercial teams to translate real operational pain points into scalable product improvements.
