Regional Program Manager

Rxilient Medical is seeking an experienced Regional Program Manager. This position will play a pivotal role in overseeing and driving complex end-to-end programs. This role across multiple functions requires a goal-driven strategic manager with excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills. The key focus of this role is to ensure the successful execution of programs from strategic planning to implementation.

Specific accountabilities include:

• Lead the planning, execution, and coordination of designated programs, driving to meet overall timelines, budget, and program objectives.
• Engage cross-functional communication and coordination of key programs, generally from after product licensed-in, registration, supply, and commercialization.
• Engage regional cross-country/markets coordination to ensure timely and successful implementation of program strategy and planning, through Southeast Asian countries, Hong Kong, Taiwan, ...
