The Regional Coordinator manages the end-to-end operations of OSP and Last Mile networks within an assigned territory, ensuring infrastructure reliability and strict SLA compliance.

• By implementing Standard Operating Procedures and analyzing performance dashboards, this role validates operational readiness and drives the swift resolution of maintenance tickets to minimize downtime.
• The position requires orchestrating cross-functional teams and subcontractors through weekly reviews to proactively address gaps and ensure on‑time service go‑lives.
