**Job Description Summary**

Combines the Regional Project Management Office and Risk Management Role with the Regional Project Controls role. For the scope of the Regional Project Management Office and Risk Management the Leader demonstrates accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectives. The PMO & Risk Leader will integrate and develop processes that meet business needs across the organization, manage complex issues within functional areas of expertise, be involved in long-term planning, and contribute to the overall business strategy. The role will drive common methodology, processes, and expertise globally, promoting the project management culture and the execution excellence within GSI and in collaboration with the other Business Lines within Grid to develop first class global processes in project Management, coordinate the digitization effort and implement the relevant KPI and reporting to ensure P&L and regional targets are achieved.
