Regional Quality System Manager

**The Role**



The Regional Quality System Manager is responsible for ensuring the effective implementation and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) across the region. This role drives risk reduction initiatives, leads regional quality strategy execution, and ensures compliance with customer, regulatory, and OEM requirements.



As the Product Safety Representative, this position plays a critical role in protecting customer interests, maintaining certifications, and strengthening operational performance across manufacturing plants and distribution centers.

+ Develop and execute the regional quality strategy aligned with business and operational targets.

+ Analyze KPIs (PPM, Scrap, COPQ, audits, customer satisfaction, warranties) and implement action plans to improve performance.
