Regional Recruiting Support

OVERVIEW:

Working as Part-time Regional Recruiting Support, you will work closely with the Regional Vice President and District Managers in the region to establish a pipeline of job applicants interested in working at Fastenal.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

o Working with Colleges, Universities, and additional organizations to establish long lasting partnerships
o Maintaining contact information for recruiting contacts and documenting recruitment efforts

o Coordinating and attending recruiting events including: job fairs, mock interviews, hosting presentations, and more

o Understanding career pathways and required trainings
