Job Description
Principal Accountabilities:
* Manage the daily operations of retail stores with responsibility for profit and loss* May be responsible for merchandising, buying, pricing, and marketing* Lead process improvement projects* Identify trends and opportunities to define changes in process and procedures that drive store operations and sales
Knowledge & Skill Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in a related field *Equivalent years of experience in a substantially similar industry may be considered in lieu of a degree to be determined by the nature of the specific job and the hiring manager’s criteria* Generally eight years of progressive experience with two years of supervisory experience* Strong organization and communication skills
