Regional Retail Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Leadership & Performance
• Achieve monthly and yearly retail sales targets for the assigned region.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Monitor branch performance (daily/weekly/monthly) and take corrective actions where needed.
• Drive promotions and campaigns to boost branch sales and customer traffic.
• Front liners Management & Operations
• Ensure branches/service centers compliance with company policies, SOPs, pricing structures, and service standards.
• Conduct regular branch visits to supervise sales & operations, staff performance, and customer experience.
• Lead, coach, and motivate front-liners
• Conduct performance reviews, training needs analysis, and staff development plans.
• Foster a strong sales culture and team morale within the region.
