As a Regional Safety Supervisor, you will guide Bulk Distribution Drivers in following Air Liquide/Airgas Safety Policies and Operating Procedures. Your role is vital in training new hires and evaluating experienced drivers to uphold safety standards. You will actively participate in safety meetings, advocate for compliance, and conduct HSE inspections to ensure a secure working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Train and evaluate drivers on safety protocols
• Conduct monthly HSE self-inspections at facilities
• Support zero accident initiatives and driver training
• Report safety issues and accidents immediately
• Assist in compliance with Transport Canada/DOT regulations
Requirements:
• Class 1 (AZ) Driver’s License required
