Regional Sales Director | Marrakech (Morocco)

As a major player in real estate in Morocco, we are constantly looking for passionate talents to enrich our teams. Today, we are recruiting a Regional Sales Director, capable of carrying our ambitions in the Marrakech region.

Your role will be to:

• Develop the Group's commercial activity in the Marrakech region by identifying new opportunities and retaining existing customers.

• Supervise, lead, and motivate sales teams to achieve and exceed set goals.

• Ensure rigorous monitoring of sales performance, analyze results, and implement corrective actions if necessary.

• Participate in the development of the regional commercial strategy and ensure its proper implementation.

• Ensure customer satisfaction and excellent service quality.

• You have proven experience, ideally in the real estate sector, of at least 10 years.
