REGIONAL SALES MANAGER – CANADA
ROLE OVERVIEW
The Regional Sales Manager – Canada (RSM-CA) is responsible for driving revenue growth across Canada. The RSM-CA will manage existing accounts and cultivate new business opportunities. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, building, and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets of existing and new solutions. The RSM plays a critical role in expanding the company's market presence, increasing revenue, and ensuring customer satisfaction within the assigned region. Success in this role requires a proactive and results‑oriented approach to sales, business development mindset and relationship management focus. This position supports Kwik Lok production activities through the manufacture of Kwik Lok closures with a focus on continuing improvement of quality, food safety, and manufacturing processes.
