Regional Sales Manager – Channel Partners Europe
In this role, you will:

Own and grow distributor (Channel Partner) relationships, ensuring sales above market pace.


Coach and support partners on product knowledge, local market trends, and consultative selling.


Execute sales and marketing activities aligned with corporate strategy.


Provide sales analysis, market insights, and accurate reporting using CRM and PowerBI.


Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Genomics, Equipment Sales, Clinical Applications, Regulatory, Finance) to deliver results.


About you:
You have proven sales experience in the fertility or broader medical device market, with strong customer focus and relationship-building skills. You are analytical, results-driven, and thrive in a dynamic, international environment.
